Refund policy

Returns

Hala accepts returns on all unused items purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all products must be in new condition with all packaging and tags still intact. Any product that has been used on the water is not eligible for a return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, and any shipping charges you paid will not be reimbursed.


Exchanges

Free exchanges are also available for unused products within 30 days. We provide free shipping both ways for exchanges within the continental United States.

Please email SUP@halagear.com with your order number and the requested exchange products.

Your Return Authorization (RA) number is your Order Number. Your Order Number is found both on your packing slip and in the order confirmation email. Please make sure your RA/Order Number is clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. If you send us a return without the number clearly identified, there might be a delay in processing the return.

Once we get your return, we will inspect the product to make sure it is in a resellable condition and issue a refund or ship the exchanged item within 14 days.

Preorder Cancelations

Sometimes delays happen. While we do our best to produce and ship preordered gear on time, occasionally orders will ship after the expected ship date. If your preordered item has not shipped by the estimated date on the day of purchase, you can request a 100% refund. 

If you must cancel a preorder before the estimated ship date, a 5% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our processing costs.

 

 

Regular Cancelations

Please call, email, or chat us with your order number ASAP to cancel your order. If it hasn't been processed for shipping yet, we will refund your original payment method. If the order is older than 24 hours, we can not guarantee that it can be canceled. In this case, you are welcome to proceed with our standard return process.
