Shipping policy

Hala Gear designs and builds inflatable paddle boards for rivers, whitewater, expeditions, and open water — built in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and shipped from our warehouse direct to you.

Hala Gear reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes are enacted. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in the order receipt and order confirmation emails.

 

Sales Tax

Hala charges sales tax where required by law. If you are shipping to states where sales tax is charged, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed in your Hala Gear Order. Prices for the Products do not include charges for shipping and handling.

Hala charges sales tax to the state of Colorado.

 

International Shipping

In addition to the United States, Hala now ships all products to Canada and Europe. For additional information regarding international shipping, please visit our HALA GLOBAL page.

 

Landed Cost Guarantee

Hala abides by international duty and tax regulations. Duties and taxes will be paid at the time of purchase. No additional duties and taxes will be charged after the order is placed.

International shipping fees are charged at the time of purchase in addition to duty and tax fees.

 

Estimate Shipping

Please use the Estimate Shipping option on the product page and during checkout to calculate an accurate shipping cost for your items. If a shipping option is not available when you check out, it is because we are unable to ship the items in your cart at your desired rate. Separate charges for tax and shipping will be itemized in your shopping cart and on Your Hala Gear order confirmation email.

Free Shipping Offer Exclusions: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and all other locations outside of the continental U.S. may be charged shipping fees. Free shipping promotions only apply for UPS Ground, USPS First Class, and USPS Priority. Expedited shipping requires an additional fee. We reserve the right to request payment for multiple board orders or extremely rural shipping addresses if deemed necessary by Hala Gear.

 

Shipping Times

We work hard to get you your gear in a timely fashion, and even harder to help hit deadlines you might have to get on the water quickly. However, we, unfortunately, can only control so many factors. We do our best with logistics companies but can never guarantee any ETAs.

Shipping Questions

Do Hala paddle boards ship free?

Yes — all Hala boards and gear ship free to the continental United States via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders may incur shipping fees.

How long does it take for my inflatable SUP to arrive?

In-stock boards typically ship within 1–3 business days from our Steamboat Springs warehouse. Delivery times vary by location but most continental US orders arrive within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Do you ship the Hala Rado, Atcha, Radito, and Hoss internationally?

Yes! The Hala Rado, Atcha 96, Radito, and Hoss all ship to Canada and Europe. See our Hala Global page for rates and customs details. All duties and taxes are paid at checkout — no surprise fees at delivery.

Can I expedite shipping on a Hala board?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. If you have a hard deadline — a trip, an event, a birthday — email us at sup@halagear.com and we'll do everything we can to help.
