Warranty Policy

We stand behind our products and should any issues arise, we will make it right, guaranteed.

All of our inflatable boards are warranted to the original owner against defects in workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Our paddles and accessories are warranted against defects in workmanship to the original owner for 1 year.

If the gear is determined to be defective, the gear will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at our option.

This warranty is limited. Damaged product through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.

Warranty and Repair Process

Please click the button below [or this link] to fill out and submit the Hala Gear Warranty form and submit two required photos. 

After submitting your form, you will receive an email from Warranty@HalaGear.com. We will move your case quickly through the process and you should have no need to reach out to the team. 

If you do encounter an issue, please only contact the team by emailing a response to the form submission email you receive from us after you complete the form.

Two required photo subjects

1. The serial number on your Hala Gear SUP

2. The malfunctioning item on your SUP, specifically where the damage has occurred.

Please Note

For repairs, customers are responsible for shipping their board to the repair facility. For warranties, we will send a prepaid label.

We will respond within 5-7 business days of receiving your warranty submission.

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for repair.

Total turnaround including shipping is typically 15 business days but may be longer.
