Warranty Policy

2021 inflatable SUPs are warranted to the original owner against defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. All earlier model boards carry a 3-year warranty.

Our paddles and accessories are warranted against defects in workmanship to the original owner for 1 year.

This warranty is limited. Damaged product through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.

We will respond within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your warranty submission.

If the gear is determined to be defective, the gear will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at our option. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for repair, during peak season repairs can take up to 3 weeks in addition to transit time.

If you run into questions about your warranty case, please only reply to the email form submission confirmation you receive after submitting this form for any questions or communication.

Only our warranty team can answer warranty-related questions. We will send a prepaid label to the customer.

Please Note

To keep your board in good condition (and to keep the warranty in place) read the owner’s manual.

For repairs, customers are responsible for shipping their board to the repair facility. For warranties, we will send a prepaid label.
