River Expeditions + SUP Fishing · River Rocker Profile · StompBox 2.5 Fin · Expedition Rigging · 5-Year Warranty

Miles of River. Days of Expedition.
Built to Go Further. On Any Water.
The Rado and Radito were built for paddlers who want more from a board than a morning lap on flat water. River Rocker profiles make them responsive and nimble in Class II–III rapids. Expedition rigging makes them capable on multi-day floats. And the StompBox 2.5 retractable fin means rocks don't end your trip early. The Rado built Hala's reputation in SUP fishing. The Radito carries the same capability in a lighter, more nimble package, loved by paddlers of all sizes looking for a responsive river board that can cover miles.
Rado or Radito?
Find Your Adventure Series Board
Two river boards, the same rigging, 5-year warranty, and a River Rocker profile tuned for all-day river miles. One carries maximum gear, the other is lighter and nimbler. Here is how to choose.
Rado
Built to carry gear, cover miles, and handle technical water. Maximum volume and deck rigging for a cooler, rod holder, or multi-day camp kit. Hala's top pick for SUP fishing: stable enough to stand and cast, agile enough for moving water.
Best for: Float fishing · Multi-day expeditions · Bigger paddlers · Max gear capacity · Class II–III rivers
View the RadoRadito
The same mission as the Rado in a shorter, lighter footprint. Loved by paddlers of all sizes who want a responsive river board that can cover miles — quick edge-to-edge on Class II–III, efficient on long flatwater stretches, and easy to transport.
Best for: Day trips & overnight floats · Nimble + fast · All sizes · Rivers and flatwater equally

A SUP fishing category unto itself
Hala's Original SUP Fishing Platform
The Rado built Hala's reputation in SUP fishing. D-ring rigging on deck, Scotty mount compatibility, a platform stable enough to stand and cast in moving water, and the River Rocker profile that lets you navigate the riffles between holes. Rig it with a cooler, a rod holder, and a dry bag and you have a fully outfitted fishing SUP.
Float Fishing
Access water no boat can reach. Drop into a canyon stretch, drift the river, pick your spots.
Stand & Cast
Wide enough to stand and cast, agile enough to reposition quickly on moving water.
Full Rigging
D-ring deck rigging and Scotty mount compatibility for rod holders, coolers, and dry bags.
Wilderness Access
Rolls into a pack. Hike or drive to the put-in. No trailer, no ramp, no limit.
Is this you?
Who Paddles the Adventure Series
The River Angler
You want to fish water no boat can reach. You need rigging, stability, and the ability to navigate moving water between your spots.
The Expedition Paddler
You run multi-day floats through remote canyons with a camp kit. You need a board that handles technical water and carries real gear.
The All-Conditions Paddler
You split time between flatwater mornings and Class II–III afternoons, and want one board that handles both without compromise.
The Distance Paddler
You want to cover miles. The River Rocker profile is efficient on flats and responsive in rapids — the Radito especially is loved for moving fast all day.
The technology
River Rocker + StompBox 2.5
The Adventure Series is built around two technologies that make it genuinely versatile instead of just claiming to be.
River Rocker Profile
The Rado and Radito carry the River Rocker curve over a longer length than the Charge boards. That longer, smoother arc gives efficient glide and tracking on flatwater and distance runs, while still providing natural lift and responsiveness on moving water. The Adventure Series trades some of the Atcha's aggression for all-day efficiency and versatility across more water types.
StompBox 2.5 Retractable Fin
Hala's patented spring-loaded fin deflects off rocks and snaps back before your next stroke. On a river with a camping kit strapped to your deck, the last thing you want is a fin catching a rock mid-current — the StompBox 2.5 solves that. Every Adventure Series board ships with one.
Expedition Rigging
D-ring attachment points across the deck let you strap down a cooler, dry bags, or fishing gear. The Rado in particular is built for serious rigging: Scotty mount compatibility, multiple tie-down points, and enough stability to manage a loaded deck on Class II–III water.

One Board. Infinite River Miles.
Why Hala?
Every Adventure Series board ships with the patented StompBox 2.5 retractable fin, dual-action pump, center fin, repair kit, and Backcountry Rolling Backpack. 5-year warranty on every board. Paddle sold separately. Fishing accessories sold in Hala's shop. Questions about the Rado versus the Radito for your trip? Our team fishes and paddles these rivers.
