9" Spring Stompfin™

The standard center fin included with every StompBox 2.5 board. The 9" Spring StompFin ships with the Atcha 96, Atcha 86, Rado, and Radito. Other retractable fins rely on gravity — in current, that means the fin bounces and shudders instead of holds, costing you tracking and control. The StompBox is different: the integrated spring at the hinge holds this fin locked at full depth at all times, not gravity. Hit a rock and it deflects cleanly, springing back to full depth before your next stroke — no need to pull it manually. Zero wobble, zero bounce.

This is Hala's stiffest StompFin compound yet, delivering maximum tracking performance for all-around river paddling. It's the right fin for Class II-IV -- big enough for real drive and tracking, spring-loaded for reliable retraction on rock contact.
