Backcountry Rolling Backpack

We always look forward to hitting the water with our HALA Nass and HALA Carbon boards. Lake Tahoe and Russian River California We couldn’t be happier with our HALA boards.

I bought a medium size Backcountry bag for my 11'6" Sea Eagle NeedleNose SUP. Perfect fit! And even enough room to stick in the K-pump K-220. Overall quality seems to be very good and the design is well thought out. The roller wheels are a life saver!))) I never use the shoulder straps for back packing, so the option to hide them in the pocket is a real nice touch. Yeah, it's a bit on a pricey end... but initial impression is that it's a great investment. It also looks attractive and neat)))) I hope it will last for many years. Very happy buy!))))

I love my halarado sup! However, the bag is not holding up. This is my 2nd time traveling with it and the zipper failed, the zipper stitching is coming undone. Now what? I’ve got to fly home and can’t close it. I’m glad it has the external straps, but the bag is still open and not secure.

This is great for my board and everything that need to go with, and has room left over!

Best bag out there for the money and quality!

Flew it to ID...got everything but my pump in it....a little unwieldy, I'm now a 73 year old woman and having the wheels really helped!

Bag is really well made, big zippers, and big enough to fit the board in without having to take a class on repacking.

My previous SUP bag did not have wheels. This feature and the durability and size of the product has been a nice upgrade for hauling my board, pump, SUP paddle, and kayak paddle.

Great bag for travel

My backpack is all packed for a trip to Hawaii. My SUP and all accessories fit nicely and there was even room for 2 sets of snorkeling gear. I haven't rolled it through the airport yet but it looks like it will be perfect. The only improvement I can think of would be moreall terrain wheels for going on the sand or rough trails.

The picture of the bag you sent me is not this roller bag. You sent me the ‘Rival’ double zipper design in medium for my Rado board - which is already failing, only took it on two River trips. The zippers are already miss aligning while zipping.

I bought this bag to fly with my SUP and it worked out great for air travel. The medium is big enough to fit my 11" SUP, PFD, electric pump, and paddle. It's not super comfy to wear /hike in but works great on wheels. I

Very good SUP travel bag to replace bag that came with the SUP (which was too small and zipper broke). I was able to fit pump and paddle in it as well!

I recently used the Hala rolling SUP backpack for traveling to and from California and it was PERFECT. I love that there's an adjustable strap on the inside to keep your board in place once it's rolled up and ready to go. I easily fit my paddle, a PFD and some extra gear in the bag - and had room to spare. The wide, curved zipper design made it easy to get everything in properly. The material is QUALITY so I wasn't worried about any tearing like I would with another bag I own. The rolling pack is also hard to find. I have another board bag that you have to carry...but the rollers on this board bag make it super easy to get from A to B. Checking this bag wasn't super awkward either. The different handles help you get the board where it needs to go. Another great product from Hala.

Customer service was OUTSTANDING! Product shipped quickly and arrived in 2 days. I haven't taken it on flight yet, but appears to be very well made and sturdy. Plenty of room for board and accessories. I am a new Hala fan!

The Backcountry Rolling Backpack is great for traveling. It rolls with ease through airport. And if you can sneak it's "slightly-larger-than-a-carryon size" through security and onto the plane, it fits nicely into the overhead bin. The backpack straps work great when rolling is not an option. The padding makes for comfortable trekking. There's even an extra pocket inside for spare fins, screws, etc. I can fit my Hala Radito, Paddle, Pump, PFD, and a few spare clothes in my bag and travel anywhere I desire.
