We're stoked to let you get in line early for our newest productions. As a small manufacturer, our productions are limited and don't last long. This is the best way to ensure that you get your hands on Hala's newest gear when it's hot off the press. 

Preorder Cancelations

Sometimes delays happen. While we do our best to produce and ship preordered gear on time, occasionally orders will ship after the expected ship date. If your preordered item has not shipped by the estimated date (provided on the day of purchase), you can request a 100% refund. 

If you must cancel a preorder before the estimated ship date, a 5% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our processing costs.
