Raquel, a vibrant soul from the sun-soaked shores of Puerto Rico, is one half of the dynamic YogaSlackers duo. Her journey into the realm of yoga and balance began on the traditional mat but quickly expanded to embrace the elements, finding joy and challenge in practicing on a myriad of surfaces. With a particular affinity for water, Raquel has merged her love for yoga with the fluidity and unpredictability of aquatic environments. Her favorite moments involve gracefully falling into the embrace of pristine waters, whether she's slacklining above their surface or executing a precise handstand on her Carbon Straight Up paddleboard.

Beyond the solo disciplines, Raquel thrives in the partnership and community aspect of acro-yoga, often taking to her Halasana board to explore and innovate poses with a partner. This practice, set against the backdrop of nature's most beautiful waterways, embodies her adventurous spirit and deep connection to her island roots. Raquel's approach to yoga is a testament to her belief in the power of adaptability, resilience, and the sheer joy of merging traditional practices with the great outdoors. Her infectious enthusiasm and pioneering spirit make her not just a practitioner but a beacon in the yoga community, inviting others to explore their practice in the most unexpected places.
