Tell us a little bit about yourself

I grew up on the river and I don't remember a time where I wasn't passionate about whitewater. I am deeply drawn to the way that the river forces my mind to be fully present in the moment. It only took one 12-mile stretch of class III water in 2018 to get me hooked on whitewater SUP. I bought a board in 2019 and really started getting competent in 2020. I love big wave trains, surfing and great wipeouts!

To date my most memorable SUP achievement was my solo self-support trip on the Lower Salmon River in 2022. That paddling adventure took me through 4 canyons and 72-miles of river, but more importantly it challenged me in profound ways. I'm stoked to be a Hala team rider and hope to inspire more ladies to enjoy whitewater SUP!
