Hala Gear Paddle Board Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Hala Gear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on 11/7/25 at 9am MST and ends on 11/21/25 at 12pm MST. 

3. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, eligible persons may enter by visiting Halagear.com and completing the official online entry form by providing their email address and phone number.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Up to 3 entries per person with an Instagram and TikTok follow. Must enter social media usernames when entering.

4. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: One (1) Hala Gear paddleboard of the winner's choice, subject to availability. (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $999 - $1,399 USD).

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Hala's sole discretion. Hala reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on November 21st from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided upon entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within forty-eight (48) hours and may be required to provide a valid shipping address to confirm eligibility and claim the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to provide the requested information, or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize. In the event of forfeiture, Hala may, at its discretion, select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

6. General Conditions & Release: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Hala which are final and binding.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Hala Gear and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death which may occur in connection with participation in the Giveaway, or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of the prize.
