All of our inflatable boards are warranted to the original owner against defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
Our paddles and accessories are warranted against defects in workmanship to the original owner for 1 year.
If the gear is determined to be defective, the gear will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at our discretion.
This warranty is limited. Damaged product through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.
Hala accepts returns on all unused items purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all products must be in new condition with all packaging and tags still intact. Any product that has been used on the water is not eligible for a return.
Your Return Authorization (RA) number is your Order Number. Your Order Number is found both on your packing slip and in the order confirmation email. Please make sure your RA/Order Number is clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. If you send us a return without the number clearly identified, there might be a delay in processing the return.

Once we get your return, we will inspect the product to make sure it is in a resellable condition and issue a refund within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any shipping charges you paid will not be reimbursed.
