Inspired by the legendary Team Rado, the modified outline of the Radito is now more streamlined through the hips and shoulders, bringing the best elements of Team Rado and the old Playa into a fun, responsive design. It combines the speed and maneuverability of its predecessors, delivering the ultimate performance for paddlers who want the best of both worlds in a nimble package.
The rocker modification is one of the key upgrades. Unlike the previous version, which offered a more all-around feel, the new Radito is now fully tuned for river-specific performance. The enhanced rocker allows the board to roll over wave trains without slapping, surf effortlessly, and even perform well in the ocean.

The Hala Gear StompBox 2.5 provides excellent tracking and safety on the river. Float right over any obsticle knowing that your center fin won't hold you up. With a newly designed spring fin system, the StompBox 2.5 will retract and pop the fin back into place quicker than ever for maximum tracking performance. The StompBox can be easily removed for rapair or transport.

I'd love to be in position to rate the Radito I ordered, but it's shipment status is uncertain. I ordered the item 12/12 on your website and received a notification that it had been shipped 12/16. UPS tracking indicates it has been in Aurora, CO since the 20th and no further updates are available. I've not done business with Hala before, but I would expect your Customer Service team to step in a notify the purchaser that you and/or UPS are actively working on it.

Unforuntately UPS has not updated the delivery status since taking possession of the package, and we have opened a claim with them to find it ASAP. We will follow up with an emial to keep you updated. While Raditos are now sold out, we can offer an expedited shipment of any in-stock SUP if you would like an alternative SUP kit as soon as possible. We appreceite your patience thus far.

Product is solid. I gave three stars because I was disappointed with the sales process. I called in to Hala Gear a few weeks before Labor Day 2023. I said I was interested in purchasing a board, but was wondering if any sales would be going on for Labor Day. The person I spoke with said definitively “no, no sales would be offered on the Radito.” I purchased the board. Of course, then the board gets $200 knocked off on Labor Day weekend. I mostly blame myself for being impatient. Not mad, but disappointed. Hopefully that hurts worse.
