We stand behind our products and should any issues arise, we will make it right, guaranteed.
All of our inflatable boards are warranted to the original owner against defects in workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Warranty service can only be performed once the gear has been returned to the country or region where the gear was purchased or returned to the country or region from which the order was shipped (in the case of international orders shipping from either the US or the EU). International shipping may be required if you need service from outside the US or EU.
Our paddles are warranted against defects in workmanship to the original owner for 1 year.
If the gear is determined to be defective, the gear will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at our option.
This warranty is limited – Damaged product through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.

We will respond within 1-2 business days of receiving your warranty form
Please allow 10 business days for repair.
Total turnaround including shipping is typically 15 business days but may be longer.
