Tell us a little bit about yourself

I am a recreational therapist out in western North Carolina. My role within the Boys and Girls Club where I work is to educate the youth of the club on healthy recreation options, coping skills, emotional intelligence, and social skills while using recreation as the tool for them to learn from. I have always and only worked jobs that I knew would be fun and I’m glad I get to continue that journey to this day.

I enjoy spending my free time paddling lakes and rivers of the western North Carolina region. I try to bring my dog on as many adventures as I can as she is my best friend in the whole wide world. I also play drums in a little band out in western North Carolina.
