Any day on the water is a good day! As a landlocked Colorado native I seek every opportunity I can to be on the water. I discovered SUPping during the heat of summer as a pastime after work. From the first time on a board I was hooked.

It's hard to say what my favorite type of paddling is. If I want a thrill, bring on the whitewater. When given the chance to be on the ocean, I'll take it. And if I want to enjoy nature, calm my mind and reconnect with my breath, SUP yoga is the ideal way to go. No matter what the day brings, when I'm on my board I am a happy camper!
